  • Meditation se body ek dum healthy rehti hai or body ke ander ke system (internal system) apna kaam easily karte hai.
  • Dhyan se humare mind ko stress, tiredness, anxiety se dur rakha jaa sakta hai.
  • Dhyan lagane se aapko mann ko kabu karne ki or kissi bhi mushkil time me sahi decision lene ki or life me sukh dukh ko sehne ki aadat pad jayegi.
